Step 1
  • Download the Nafeza App from the App store or Google Play store.
Step 2
  • If you have already registered for the online services of Nafeza platform, log in with your username and password.
Step 3
  • If you are a new user click on Register as a new user on the login page of the window platform, then fill in the e-services activation form
Step 4
  • Submit an application to activate the electronic services and the documents required to manage customer service in one of the logistics services centers located throughout the country.
Step 5
  • Once the application is approved and the e-services are activated, log in with the information you entered at any time
